If your current order doesn't meet with your approval,
please read on:
Incorrect picture packages
will be quickly corrected by returning the correction
insert along with the incorrect photos by mail
or in person to our office address listed at the
left. Please be sure to provide complete information
and print clearly. Your corrected order will be
sent to your home within 4 weeks or less.
Refunds may be obtained
by returning the insert form, along with your original
order envelope and YOUR ENTIRE PHOTO ORDER to our office
address listed at the left.
No Insert? -- you
can download a printable version by clicking here.
Your request for corrections
or refund must be made within two weeks of receipt of
your order.
We are not yet
able to process sports photography orders on-line. You
may order additional photos in 3 ways:
- Mail in
your order using the re-order sheet in you photo
package. If you don't have an insert, click

Customer service hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00
am - 4:00 pm.
- E-mail your
request and a telephone number that we can reach
you during the day. We will call you and take
your order over the phone using a credit card. Please
DO NOT include your credit card number in
your e-mail.
